If you wish to file a Registration Form, you may file online by clicking the below link. The deadline to file a Registration Form is August 14, 2024. In order to file a claim online, you must use the unique Username and Password that was issued to you and can be located above your name and address on the Notice package mailed to you.
If you do not have the Username and Password, please click the below link to request them to be emailed to you, or contact the Settlement Administrator at (866) 742-4955 or newindy@rg2claims.com in order to request that it be resent.
